Do my clients need to download an app?
No. The card lives in the wallet already on their phone, right next to their bank card and boarding passes. One tap on the card opens their own member page in the browser.
What about clients with an Android phone?
Same story. Google Wallet comes standard on Android, and the card looks, works and updates just the same.
How much work is this for my team?
Signing someone up takes about twenty seconds, and logging a visit or adding credit is one tap. If your team can use a phone, they are already trained.
Do I have to change my booking system?
No. Kardea runs alongside whatever you use today. You keep your agenda, your till and your habits.
What does a membership look like for my clients?
That is up to you. A monthly treatment plan, a savings balance they build up toward bigger treatments, or both. We help you shape plans that fit your menu and your prices.
What happens with my client data?
